Somehow I doubt those pry bars would fit in the little pocket in my shorts lol. That was the little 5ish inch screwdriver. I DO have a set of HF pry bars, but even the smallest one would have been far too big for the little piece of metal I needed to bend out less than 1/16th of an inch.
As I...
Ok, I don't feel so bad only paying $5 more lol. I mainly bought it to move around 2 Chevy 350 engines that are sitting in the dead center of my garage blocking everything, but over the weekend 3 of us moved everything BUT the engines, and I was still able to get one of my e30's inside. I still...
I actually have several of the same Craftsman screwdriver that I paid a buck or less for over the years. I just have to find them. I used that screwdriver more than all my other tools combined. You can't see in the picture, but the tip DID fail. The end looks like gumby! I'd been meaning to get...
Wan using it as a mini pry bar to bend a tab of thin metal on a storage rack and it just snapped in half. Of Course it does this just a few days after my local Sears shuts down. I've used the hell out of this screwdriver almost every single day for the past 6 or so years. I always keep it in my...
When did you get it for 140? I just bought the same one for $179 with coupon on Friday. Haven't even opened the boxes yet, so maybe I could get an extra $40 back.

I upgraded one of my 4D mags to LED many years ago. It was easily twice as bright as the high beams in my Toyota Previa. Unfortunately the LED chip broke off and it stopped working. I looked for years for a replacement LED bulb with no luck. The few I did find weren't even as bright as the...
I wish I had an answer for you, but I have some advice instead. I would advise you not to post the same exact message in 3 different areas of the same forum. Duplicate posts can get you flagged as a spammer or banned from some forums. Not sure how strict they are about it on this one, but I can...
There's a half bath under the stairs in my house. Once you're in the bathroom there's plenty of headroom (and tons of storage space too), but I hit my head (usually very hard) almost every time I go in or out of it. I'm about 6'4".

I may actually have a few of those in one of the many huge bags filled with thousands of parts from several RS's that closed. Do you need that exact part? I could keep an eye out for it when I get around to sorting everything out. I'm sure there's tons of similar replacements around if you don't...
Was that meant to be a joke? I'm ashamed to admit TWICE I bought electrical tape from HF, and both times every roll was completely useless. If you hold a lighter to the tape until it starts melting the tiny bit of adhesive that's on it will ooze out and get your hands all sticky, and MAYBE the...
I made the mistake of buying HF electrical tape. It doesn't stick to ANYTHING. Literally, nothing. It's almost as if they forgot to actually put any adhesive on the plastic at all.
