Putting a 24x24 garage on a slab would probably add $700 to $800.

A building permit must be pulled with the county for a permanent structure. The only purpose the building permit serves is to let the county know someone is making an improvement to their property and they need to be reassessed. There are no required inspections.

Thanks jonesg and cherokee. I have reached out to the guy and we are trying to setup a time. It also comes on a cart. The tank in the pic on Marketplace, which is the one that will come with the welder, looks to be a 120 cf tank. That tank alone is probably worth $150.

A Lincoln Weld Pak 100 just popped up for sale locally. They are asking $250 and it includes a tank and helmet. I am just getting into welding and am looking for a small mig that I can use for body work and small projects. Would this be a good fit? The price seems right.

I am in a rural area and there are not many options. What I do see that looks interesting seems overpriced. I do keep looking though.
