Found a couple Plomb whitworth wrenches, and one unmarked with all the signs of Plomb.

This S wrench is a whale, weighing in at almost 8 lbs and length 13-3/4" tip to tail. The large oe is 2 inches. I'm not sure about the size of the other because its been altered, as you can see in the pics. It looks like it was used as a body dolly. If it wasn't, it sure could be.

My neon doesn't tell time last time I checked, but maybe I'm not doing it right! :lol_hitti

Found a very nice Bonney-made Stillson 6". Spring intact, no chips in jaws or teeth, clean handle.:thumbup:

I'm looking for 2 Bonney combo wrenches to fill in a set. I have some misc Bonney wrenches so I'm hoping someone out there would like to do a little trading. Need: 23724 (3/4") 23714 (7/16")

I think your own thumbnail example locks down the maker. I see alot of these Proto made tools out here and the most common are Chevron and Firestone.

My stepdad would have gone a step further and said 'rode hard and put away wet'.

Thanks for the schooling Jocosawdust, I had no idea it was in the rare realm. No wonder I haven't been able to come up with another one!
