HardiPanels & HardiBoards are the Only way to go........Concrete with Fibers in the Boards. Might be brittle before going on. But once it is up. It will last 100 years. And holds paint very well. Or you can get them Pre-Painted

I work at Lowes in the Commerical Sales area. Kolbalt tools are not made for the Really ********* tool users. They are made for the DIY crowd. And yes I own a lot of them because I get a good deal on them. And yes they do have a Life-Time warranty. For NORMAL use anyway...
I work at the Pro-Desk at Home Depot, and Both of those paints are good paint for what they are designed for. As long as you get some kind of Color added to it. You will get the (Flat) that you want. But as with allmost all flat paint, it can not be cleaned well. go with a Satin or Semi-Gloss...
Nice looking Garage..........and it is WAY to Clean for me...........now it is time to dirty it up a little. Time to get some Bondo Dust and Oil on the walls and floors....LOL.

Not really...........I have a Lot of shop lights in there...........(8) 2 bulb shop lights. And it was the only paint I had at the time that I had 3 Gallons of........only had 1 gallon each of the Red & Black............didnt have any White Gloss the day I decided to paint.........all the paints...
This is the first chance I have had to take some photos of my Garage. it is 20 deep & 15 wide. it was built in 1951.......so when I bought the house I restored the Garage to my Spec.
I hate to say it...........But I would LOVE to have that (Garage). I live in Downtown Raleigh, NC. And my Garage is a Home Built Garage from back in 1951. The City tried to get the Garage torn down when I bought the Property. I told them I would tear it down if I could Build another...
