My garage had carpet with glue. My plan is to go to bare concrete. Would the coating removal diamabrush be good enough or do I then use the concrete prep tool. If I were staining the concrete, would the answer be different ?

I have similar problem. Would the diamabrush mastic remover leave a surface that is good enough for a garage or would it need further refining.

I too have been interested in this combo. My take from reading reviews including the eastwood forum is that they are generally good and liked. The Miller is first choice but hobart close second, close enough that more than a couple hundred would sway decision. My local venders seem to stay around list, maybe a little lower but nowhere near gsport's good fortune. There is a lot of pipeling around here, maybe business is too good.

Are you doing the whole floor with the grinder? How long does that take?

I would like to do something like this. My garage was built in the 80's and has carpet glued to it. Once I remove the carpet and grind glue off, what would be the next step? I plan on working on cars in the space and being British, they are usually dripping something. Any advise welcome.
