This is my first roto ratchet.. i usually use a long handle flex or the m12 batter ratchet.. purchased it because the price seemed good and i knew quality would be awesome because i own a few other Carlyle tools. . Ive only used it a few times but i like it alot so far

I realize this is a old thread but I just purchased this Carlyle ratchet. Reg price was 91.** dollars I paid 43.**. it was on clearance.. after using it some I like it alot. Very high quality.

Milwaukee shockwave is the shortest adapter i found. They seem to break (snap) the most for some reason though. Another i use alot is the makita due to the fact that it has a swivel type end gets the sockets into more places..

well there are some decent budget cordless impacts go to lowes get the porter cable for around 100 bucks I know you can get the drill impact 2 batteries and charger for like 130ish
well some people had good luck with them but not me. guess it all depends how much force you are going to be putting on it. mine broke the first time I used it trying to break loose lug nuts on the side of the road. the square drive part that the socket goes on snapped right off.
