    Thanks Hiball, good Advise. my Ucup did go to pieces, many small pieces. grain really. I removed the freeze plug (thats the one in the side mounting bolt hole correct) and cleaned that out. THen I hooked up a tube to the fluid pick up and pumped clean fluid through the valve till it was clear...

    Just finished rebuilding/repainting one of my shops service jacks. Thought I would get a few pictures of it before I release it to the mechanics who will ruin all my work! LOL That's OK I got about 3 more to do that are in our boneyard of equipment. Used the Rust-oleum Masey Furgesson red...
