I have an 88 1/2 that is missing the pipe attachment and also the jaw attachment

I also have a Parker 88 1/2 but one of the removable jaws was lost before I got my hands on it. I also wonder if it is rare because your post is the only thing I have found mentioning this model. Also, I doesn't rotate, but either has a step down mount.

I have what appears to be the same compressor just older. Mine is a Model B5 and it is locked up, I think it has a bearing that is seized. I'm going to tear into it this weekend and see what is wrong. Looks to be a nice heavy duty compressor though.
