What's best porta power hydraulic kit for the money?

Just got the HF about a month ago. Used it a couple time and it works pretty good. Does not have a lifetime warranty though. 90 days only but they do offer an extended warranty.

    First-Look pulse sensor

Here is a couple pictures of the pressure transducer I made. I made it on a home made PCB board but that is not needed. Can be done with wires just as easily. I just had a couple extra laying around as well as the PCB mounted 5V regulator. Basically I just used a couple alligator clips and...

    First-Look pulse sensor

That makes sense. Didn’t think of the stethoscope/noise and vibration aspect. I might look into making one now that you say that. As for the transducer I bought..... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00NIK900K/?tag=atomicindus08-20 I’ll be at my shop either tomorrow or Monday to pick up some stuff...

    First-Look pulse sensor

I’d be interested in this as well. I recently built my own pressure Sensor from a pressure transducer, 5 v regulator, and plastic project box from amazon. Use it to do in cylinder pressure waveforms to see valve events, compression buildup, exhaust pressures, intake vacuum, etc. it’s extremely...

    Snapon vantage pro vs Modis

Yea I don’t really need the scanner. I would like the scanner and would like the 4 channels but if the vantage pro scope is better I would rather go with that.

    Snapon vantage pro vs Modis

Hey guys. I’m looking to upgrade my scope. Currently I have a hantek 1008c and a uscope. I have issues with both and want to upgrade to either the vantage pro or the Modis. As far as the 2 scopes I have, I’m not very happy with either. The hantek is pretty bad as far as the software is...

    Snapon cordless tools/ MISC tools

Powerprobe 4- good used condition. Only thing worth mentioning is the case at the top is separated a little bit(picture shows). It doesn’t seem to be broken or Cracked. I think it just isn’t sitting on it right. Otherwise it works great. I’ve only used it a handful of times(usually just easier...

Hey guys. I’m cleaning out my toolboxes/ garage and getting rid of some tools. I will add to the list as I continue to clean. Anyone here have the ase wave u-scope?

I have one and have a hantek 1008c. I pull out the uscope unless I need the second channel. It’s a good tool to own. If for nothing else being able to check ignition and injector waveforms is great. With that said between the uscope and hantek w/ accessories I spent around 500 or so. I wish I...

Please recommend your top 3 brand names for home hand tool use.

Tekton Gearwrench Kobalt There’s only a few hand tools that I think are a necessity to go premium. Wrenches, ratchets, pry bars, screwdrivers. Everything else I would look at these 3 brands.

Harbor Freights New Vulcan Welding Helmet

I’ve been thinking of buying one recently but couldn’t justify the price when I don’t weld that much and already have a working helmet. Maybe I’ll pull the trigger for my next project

    Crows feet

I use them very rarely on hydraulic fitting for forklifts. They are the only thing that will work in certain situations. Mine are sk 3/8 drive. I’d recommend them

How many ratchets do you own?

I have about 8-9 Snapon and a Matco at work. Also have about 12 or so various brands at home. You gotta have a regular and flex in all 1/4-1/2 sizes and it helps to have super long ratchets as well
