At one time 7 Corners Ace had a catalog that you could order from no mater where you lived. Several years ago I had ordered several power tool from them that way and I lived no where near there. I did not check but they maybe online now.
I think PTI (Professional Tools Inc) makes the Beast jack. PTI makes Matco's cordless tools and I think they make that jack also. PTI is a Taiwan based company.
I would also be interested. Eventhough I do not post very often, I am on GJ almost every day. The discussions are very informative and entertaining. As stated in prior posts, the lack of annoying ads is great! GJ is a well run site and it sounds like this Alliance program will help it stay...
If you really want research different types and brands of oil check out "Bob is The Oil Guy". For the most part I think you will find, with the exception of synthetic vs dino, the real differences in motor oil are minuet.
Today I tried Permatex's Windshield Repair Kit on a small bulls eye on my windshield. The directions were very straight forward, it took about 50 mins start to finish. It looks as good as some of the professional bulls eye repairs it have paid for in the past. The kit cost about $12.00. So...
I paid $200 for my KR537 that I am planning on restoring. It has all its pieces/parts and everything works. It does have some dents in the top but other than that it is in good shape.
