The apartment is for my kids, grandkids, and other guests when they visit. My son enjoys cars too, so the garage below is for both of us. I'll send more pictures after construction is complete and we get the place set up. Thanks for the comments.

Here's a picture of a rain chain at the front of the garage.

Yes, it's a rain chain. The water from the gutters pretty much follows the chain to the drain you see at the bottom. Those drains flow through a pipe to a discharge about 10 inches lower in elevation out in the yard. We thought the chains looked a lot better than downspouts would have up against...
