I used a sealer similar to diamond clear which I know a lot of guys here like. It is called AS-1 by TK. Good stuff, can be sealed on after 2 hours. I sprayed it on then went over it with a roller to even it out. After it dried for about 5 hours I taped and filled the saw cuts with a product...

When I had the cement work done they used fiber in it. The fibers stick out of the floor until burned off or wore off. I torched the floor to burn them off before sealing it again. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

My 28'x50' Garage Build ~ Picture Heavy

The project this last weekend was the floors. Started Friday afternoon. Cleared the main room and started prepping the floor. I really wish I used drop cloths when I painted because it was a paint getting the paint up. Rented a floor scrubber and it turned out to be a huge POS. Had a leak and...

We put up 2 coats of primer then decided to put semi gloss light gray up. It looks blue when wet and next to white and was a little worried it may look like a baby boys bedroom but it dried to a nice light gray that looks good. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

Yea we just finished prime and paint. I put on 2 coats of primer thinking I am ok with white color and just leaving it prime. When my son started putting outlet covers on his jeans made marks on the walls. So we took them all off and I painted the whole place light gray semi gloss. I am actually...

My 28'x50' Garage Build ~ Picture Heavy

If I were to do it again I would try my hardest to be able to put a floor drain in. If not I would do the same as I have it now. The mat is actually really nice. Never seen a race deck floor but I don't think I would like it sloped to the door. My neighbors is like that and we always have a cart...

Believe it or not the strobe effect isn't all that bad. You notice it at first then not at all. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

My 28'x50' Garage Build ~ Picture Heavy

Hey Drive Sorry I havnt replied for a while, it has been crazy busy. We had one big snow fall since getting the mat and I took the truck out to get as much snow as I could packed up in it. The mat caught it all. Some spilled over the sides when I squeegeed it. No big deal. I squeegee off the...

    Finding a builder/framer

Man i think you will be north of 30k for sure after hiring a builder. If i were you i would just rebuild what you have there. You could probably save 10-20k.
