I'd agree w/ nadogail. If he installed it wrong he may not want to admit it. He may also owe you new sections if the hardware doesn't line up with the hole he has put in the door/ or maybe you can live with that
If the rollers are bumping hard its probably that the tracks are too tight, not a problem with the bolt heads. Also is the door level? That will also cause those problems. Your track margins should be 1/2 to 5/8". The knurled track bolts are pretty much industry standard. The old flat heads...
