    Thank you for the tip, I will look into the battery situation. I just don’t want to do anything that will take it out of calibration. I’ve taken apart, repaired and calibrated click style wrenches so I’m not sure what is what on electric wrenches,

    Great information! Thanks a lot. So Gearwrench is actually the company that made the wrench? Then Matco put their swivel head on it along with a Matco label on the case. From pictures, they both look exactly the same, just different color.

    Yes, batteries are brand new and the indicator shows full charge. It just doesn’t make sense to me that bumping the wrench ever so slightly, screws up the entire process. You have to be so gingerly with it.
