    Grandpa's drill bits!

Very cool. I really enjoy using tools from my grand father and his father. Unless there is rust, I would not clean them.

    tools ?

THat is true. Canadian Tire is a company that has been around for 75 to 100 years. They sell quality tools, fire arms, sporting equipment and auto parts. I can't think of any stores in the U.S to compare it with. Steve

    Kero Sun heater.

I almost killed myself by carbon monoxide poisoning with one in my garage. The wife came out, noticed me slurring words stumbling around, I didn't even realize. She was able to determine it wasn't my usual slurring of words and stumbling around. Be careful. steve

    Fireproofing my garage

Re: Fireproffing my garage I usually try to stop welding and grinding about an hour before I close up the garage. I always go back out later to check on things. Mine is drywall. Steve

    kerosene heater

A few years ago I spent the day in the garage using the kerosene heater. My wife came out and noticed I was staggering, tired etc. I was getting carbon monoxide poisoning. So, I would recommend a carbon monoxide detector. Now, I use propane or electric heat. Steve
