Anyone have the TRIUMPH NSS-8SQ 4 post lift? I'm looking at the details and they seem to be the only one with shorter ramps. My garage isnt very deep and this will allow me to still have my workbench in front and have a lift. Anyone have this model?
Anyone know who makes triumph? i dont even...
I've been there 4x in the last few weeks. I got electric 3" cut off wheel, works good, much quieter than firing up the compressor. I also have the 4.5" grinder, works well. I just went and got a bunch of sanding disks for the 4.5" grinder, $4 is better than the $10 Menards wants for them.
I've got a friend with similar deck, what he did was put "L" brackets on the inside part, then he hangs a gate that looks like the railing, lifts up and moves out of the way when you dont want it.
Like others have said its never big enough.....but if i had to put some specs, my personal preference, if you had 3 cars in a garage, i want (or wish i had) 6' of space around the sides, front, back. to me that would be beyond ideal.
So been shopping around for a 4 post lift, how did you guys either have it delivered or setup, or remove it from the semi truck? I don't have access to a fork lift, Ive got cherry picker, that's all. What did you guys do? I've been thinking if it gets delivered to a terminal I can rent a uhaul...
I just looked those are not the welded ones, those are the ones you have to put together yourself. Sears has the welded ones on sale for $120, my opinion a better deal.
