    Flooded basement. :( Need a small block wall!!

    The town will not let me pipe drain water into the storm sewer directly. I actually think there wouldnt be enough draft to do so anyway because my garage is so low. I do have a battery backup system with 12v deep cycle car batteries and inverters and also a generator for longer outages.
