Will an Amgo Rolling Bridge Jack Work on a Bendpak Lift?

Oh yeah, at $200 each that’s a totally different story 👍🏻 Did you order direct through Bendpak, or a local dealer?

Will an Amgo Rolling Bridge Jack Work on a Bendpak Lift?

The HDS-14LSX is one of the alignment lift versions of the HDS-14 series. https://www.bendpak.com/car-lifts/alignment-lifts/hds-14lsx/ I considered jack trays, but I could not justify the $442 price Bendpack sells them for. I felt like the Amgo rolling bridge jacks at just over double the...

Will an Amgo Rolling Bridge Jack Work on a Bendpak Lift?

My arms, legs, and back felt like that seemed about right 😅 The label on the jacks says 238 lbs gross weight. Maybe that’s without the lift pads and set of extensions? Either way, somewhere in that neighborhood for sure.

Will an Amgo Rolling Bridge Jack Work on a Bendpak Lift?

Not a bad idea. I would also have to add some metal under the side “tabs” as when it is loaded, the wheel springs compress and it rests on the solid “tabs”. So far I’ve been able to get the wheels off the ground on the 3 vehicles I’ve had on it, I just have to be a little choosey with which...

Will an Amgo Rolling Bridge Jack Work on a Bendpak Lift?

Today the two Amgo J6H Rolling bridge jacks I ordered arrived. I can now confirm they work with my Bendpak HDS-14LSX lift. Drive over clearance is about 1” with arms fully retracted and no pads installed, so it should accommodate just about anything. The only potential downside I see is that...

Will an Amgo Rolling Bridge Jack Work on a Bendpak Lift?

It’s listed as $1050 a lot of places including in the link below. TBD if this is a legitimate online store or not 🤷‍♂️. I asked the local dealer I bought my lift from if they could get them and what price they could do. We will see. https://mechanicsuperstore.com/amgo-j6h-6-000-lb-rolling-jack/

Help Appreciated! - FINALLY Pulling the Trigger on a 4 Post Lift (Bendpak or Direct Lift)

@c39er Oh yours isn’t an alignment lift is it? I’m guessing that’s why.

Help Appreciated! - FINALLY Pulling the Trigger on a 4 Post Lift (Bendpak or Direct Lift)

Sorry, I missed this question. It’s the ole 5.9 😎 Looks like I ended up with the same lift as you (minus the extended length). I’m surprised to see that your posts have holes for the caster kit. Mine does not. Yours is a 2010 model? I have a 2016 model. As far as I can tell, the current models...

Will an Amgo Rolling Bridge Jack Work on a Bendpak Lift?

I just got my Bendpak HDS-14LSX installed this week, and now I’m looking to “complete” this piece of equipment with a way to lift all 4 tires off the ground. The offerings from Bendpak including the RJ7Ws for $2,000 a piece are unfortunately far more expensive than I can justify. I found Amgo’s...

Help Appreciated! - FINALLY Pulling the Trigger on a 4 Post Lift (Bendpak or Direct Lift)

I got my lift installed on Tuesday and I couldn’t be happier. Sergio Garcia and Aresco were great to work with. I would highly recommend them if you are in the Detroit Metro area. Thanks for the lead! 👍🏻 I have a few follow-up questions about rolling bridge jacks, but I will start a new thread...

Help Appreciated! - FINALLY Pulling the Trigger on a 4 Post Lift (Bendpak or Direct Lift)

Thank you everyone for your comments. So I ended up getting a really good deal on a used Bendpak HDS-14LSX alignment lift that a dealer had just taken possession of. It’s in fantastic shape. It gets installed on Tuesday. I’m pretty excited 😁 If anyone has any suggestions on the most cost...

Help Appreciated! - FINALLY Pulling the Trigger on a 4 Post Lift (Bendpak or Direct Lift)

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, I'm trying to decide if I need to go up to a higher capacity, and search out options that have that higher capacity, but are still mobile. I see that Advantage is. Can the Bendpak HDS-14 be used with caster kits? No mention of it in the descriptions, but looking...

Drive up ramps for low cars

If that 16 degree angle works for the applicaion, that's definitely a viable option. The angle is about 11 degrees for the ramps I posted, and I still slightly rub the rubber air dam on the way up. But if 16 degrees works, I'd be asking myself if the super cheap 17 degree option from Harbor...

Drive up ramps for low cars

I bought these for my slightly lowered Chevy Cruze. They were cheaper than Race Ramps and have worked great for me. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NLJVZ2D/?tag=atomicindus08-20
