Thanks. I have had a few 4 posts and have one currently now but with the internal lock ladder. But buying this new one for $1200 I couldn’t pass up. Here is my other lift
Garage is done for now. Waiting on garage doors and then work on finishing up the inside. Probably need a pair of lifts since I need 5 more cars to get in here and have some room for a hangout area
So after looking at it all weekend trying to figure things out and a few estimates of 5500 or more for asphalt, I’m thinking of just building up the soil and doing a grass entrance. Would only have to come out roughly 5ft from the edge of building.
I put my lift ramps there for reference
My lean to roof comes right under the box eve. Not 100% water tight but don’t think much will get in there. Some lean to will do a continuous roof from the building.
Just added my new metal building and looking for ideas for the drive that will attach to my existing circular driveway which is asphalt. The lean to has abc for its base. Kind of thinking either asphalt or crushed asphalt. But looking for more cost effective options
finally have the building going up today. 30x55’x12 with a 12x55’ lean to. Building should be done in a few days then will be waiting on insulated 2 10x10’ doors. Next will be to decide on insulation and get electric/lights/fans in it.
Looking to do a 30x55’ slab for garage. Some are talking 3500psi with a 6” wire mesh and some quoting 3500psi with fiber instead of mesh? Is there any benefit to one?
Anyone fix their asphalt driveways themselves? Have a few small cracks that I am wanting to fill and seal coat it before winter. I am in North Carolina so winters aren’t that bad. What products worked or didn’t work?
Do you notice a difference with the roof spray foamed compared to when it wasn’t? Also where is your location? I am just north of charlotte and planning a build
building a 30x50x12 carolina carport metal building. Is it worth installing the 2" fiberglass insulation if I am not planning on running any HVAC in the building? will insulating it cause issues? Also, if insulating the building, do i do insulated doors instead of the standard roll up doors...
