finally have the building going up today. 30x55’x12 with a 12x55’ lean to. Building should be done in a few days then will be waiting on insulated 2 10x10’ doors. Next will be to decide on insulation and get electric/lights/fans in it.

I like the design, yours is a larger version of what I'm working towards.

The lean to portion interests me. I have an 18x30, and want to add 14' in the same fashion as your lean to. The tie in of the roof line and sharing the exterior wall of the main portion to be the interior wall of the lean to is the unknown as I work through my plan.

Will the lean to be sealed/ water tight at the connection/ roof line? That would be the key for my extension, I want to move my wood working equipment into the extension with a concrete floor.

My lean to roof comes right under the box eve. Not 100% water tight but don’t think much will get in there. Some lean to will do a continuous roof from the building.

Thanks for the response, I'll be following along with your build. It looks great.

Garage is done for now. Waiting on garage doors and then work on finishing up the inside. Probably need a pair of lifts since I need 5 more cars to get in here and have some room for a hangout area
