You will be very pleased with their construction and if anything goes wrong, ever, they will make good on it. My brother worked for them for 15 years before going alone on his own. He was proud of their work and bragged them up all of the time.

I have had alot of luck with "simple green" in removing oil stains .Even old ones. But, that's just me .It's biodegradable and doesn't really smell at all.swaZZie
