What information is out there regarding American Eagle made in USA sockets? I found a set, but can’t find any information on them. An example would be a 3/8” drive 3/4” socket with number 03024.

This set is unbranded, but looks like a Duro. Nice complete set, however, the hex ratchet is locked up. Is there a best practice to free it up?
