    4 day old Quikcrete can I reapply

    Reading the instructions on the deglosser I have two recoat with Quikrete within 12hours after applying. Will there be a issue walking on surface after deglosser is applied as this will be required to apply Quikrete. Also, what is the best way on how two use this stuff? THANKS FOR THE HELP.

    Thanks for the input. I will be going to store to purchase new epoxy and solvent. Just a thought, will using the solvent to blend lap marks work or will this ruin the durability of the finish??

    Just got off the phone with Quikrete. They said there is no time window for recoat. The longer you wait the better was there response. Sanding will help for better adhesion and they don't require any solvent application.

    Just got off the phone with Quikrete. They say sanding will help with adhesion of second coat and there is no time frame for recoat or need for solvent wipe. Let me know what you think?

    Sounds like I may have been to thin. Only used 1 1/2 cans for a 506sqft garage. Will sanding help and should I be worried about tire pickup with second coat. Floor was etched twice before first coat.

    Having same problem as others with lap marks on first coat. Plan on sanding, and rerolling with 3/8 nap FOAM roller as company suggested. Any imput on how to keep this from reoccuring!!!!
