    All right. I did overcome my lazyness and asked Wiha. They said that those bitflip handles are tested but due to changes in IEC 60900 they aren't allowed to use any check characters or VDE stamps with these type of bit drivers anymore. As far as I understood, it's that the changes were made...

    Thanks, they sure can send me one with a VDE sign :D, but I'm distrustful. The packaging also did't have a sign that shows that they tested those drivers at 10.000V. At least I couldn't find it anywhere. The german site doesn't give any info. Only the US Wiha site says that they were tested...

    I used this Athlet bitdriver a lot but it got me pissed that I always screw off the cap while using. I got me the Wiha now and it feels great so far. Only thing I'm missing is a 1000V/VDE stamp somewhere (!???). The Athlet used to have one when it was new.
