I had the exact same overhang on my metal barn. I had a gutter company come out and gave me a quote, they hang the gutter from the roof panel, not the facia. I had them install a seamless gutter 50'. I think they were called vampire hangers? Been up about a year on my barn, works well.

I just had gutters installed on my metal building. I had a 4" roof overhang, and "regular" gutters/hangers wouldn't work. So I had a local company install 5" gutters using what they called vampire brackets. Like Zeke pictured above. The gutter hangs from the roof, and seems pretty secure.

Update on my floor after a couple months. The Hellfire is holding up great after electric, insulation, & drywall installation. The parts of the floor exposed to the Sun have changed color a bit, from gray to a bit greenish. This doesn't seem to have changed the durability at all. See pictures...

The Hellfire seems to be holding up fine thus far. I have been doing electrical, insulation, and drywall lately. Honestly the floor is so covered with drywall dust etc, I can't really see it.

Insulate the doors, the kits are fairly cheap and easy to install. It will make a huge difference if your doors face West. Replacing the doors with insulated ones would be better, but much more money. Insulate walls and ceiling if they are not now. Install a ceiling fan, near were you work...

Very good thus far, but haven't really done anything in the garage yet. Half of the floor is a 1-1/2 weeks old, the other half is 4 days old. Plan to start parking a car in it shortly.

The floor is not slippery at all dry. I did not add any grit to the Hellfire, I used it straight out of the can. I haven't tried it wet, it wasn't a big concern for me, as it seldom rains here in the desert Southwest.

There are some roller marks, if you look closely in a few spots. Overall it looks really good. There is some grit that blew in, and stuck to the floor, it was a bit windy out.
