Im gettin real frustrated guys. Spent another twenty bucks and the pencil torch isnt working. Please help now im in enough for a new vice and a days work.

Over here at hf gettin pencil torch and crackhead just ran out with something big. At least steal something expensive.... That works!

Went to the super ACE hardware in town and Grainger and they dont have any thick enough. I feel silly with 8 snap rings on there. Its about an 1/8th " thick. I might go get a butane pencil lighter at hardly freight and try to heat it.

I pried the hell outta the retaibibg ring to get it off so i could paint my little d43 1/2. But its just like a washer with a slit with no spring characteristics. How in the world does ut go back on? Cant use snap ring pkiers cause they dont fit nor, does the collar really have any sproing to it.
