Thanks for the suggestions. I love to work on cars and will definately look into getting a 220. That drive across the street is just a common parking spot for when people in the neighborhood have parties.

I agree. The development only has about ten house in it now. I will definitely be on the home owners board when it is created. Everyone who lives here so far are our age and love to party! We love it here. I am actually not to far from Akron.
