Just get a sheetmetal shop(hvac) to break some 18-20ga metal to your sizes,light easy to fasten....Done.

Where do you live and what kind of metal roof are you talking about?Standing seam...corrugated...v-crimp...R or M panel?

Get an engineer to design your slab for your area and site conditions...money well spent.And your pics don't show.

I would try to fab wheel mounts that allow it to raise to move and lower when using.There are some equipment dollies made to do this,just have to make sure it can take the weight.

Buy a hand full of offset connectors,1/2"& 3/4"

Can you just raise the walls 2ft and reframe the roof to fit?What is total height you are allowed?Depending on roof pitch it will vary.

Doing all 6 sides could trap any moisture remaining in the wood and may cause other issues.Wood needs to breathe.
