Hi All, I am about to epoxy my garage space... actually hiring it out, due to lack of time... my house was built in 02, and garage sits below the foundation about an inch... currently there are wooden baseboards in the garages... I'm debating on whether to leave the baseboards and paint them...

was much easier than expected..... took a mallet... drove them down until flush with concrete, then used a bolt similar diameter and tapped them down until beneath concrete, then filled holes. one was stubborn and wouldn't budge so had to grind it off even with floor. thanks everyone!
