Just a heads up to OP and others, but numerous types of malfunctioning of the 888LM will cause your garage door to open (and sometimes even open and close repeatedly on it's own). I've had two 888LM's go out on me and open the door on it's own. This is due to the dreaded failing capacitor issue.

Yeah, if you order it, you'll have too many lights......said no one ever. I have one M18 light and agree it's a bit big and heavy. Gonna pick up the M12 rocket light soon.

Do you live in the County, or a City within Riverside County? Here in Murrieta, any add-ons can only be 50% of the main home and the roofline can't be higher than the primary home either. I'm curious to hear what Contractor's come back with as far as cost to build.

I was planning on doing my 40x50 shop all in drywall since drywall is relatively fire resistant/fire proof. Is painted OSB equivalent to painted drywall with regards to minimizing the risk of catching fire should sparks from grinding tools, welding tools etc make contact with the materials...

The tool chest is only 22" deep. I really wish Milwaukee and other manufacturers would step up their game and go 24" deep as the minimum. Even better, would be 30" deep. I know I don't have the best tool chests available, but I went with Husky because their 72" wide tool chest was available...
