Figured I'd update this! Called Snap-On customer service. They were awesome! They are sending me 7 new sets of ball bearing slides free of charge!! I've heard mixed things from folks about snap on's warranty but they granted mine no questions asked! Thank goodness because 7 sets would be pretty...

A tooth brush and a small tip shop vac hose is how I clean nooks and crannies ******. But it's like beating a dead horse lol

Now to put it back together!

Your exactly right max! I did coat the inside of the drawers...well the one I finished Atleast. ****** I think that's where I got the idea from! You mean getting the dust out of the liner in the corner of the box?

^^ yes I did miss a small dent! Wouldn't fly at work, but it's mine so shhh
