I used Legacy Industrial epoxy. Other than two spots where I screwed up, it's going on 8 years with no issues.

If you know where it leaks, put down drip pans in those spots. If you want to cover the entire floor, put down plastic painter's drop cloth (from HD or Lowes) and cover with cheapest carpet cutoffs you can get. Haven't done it in a while but I've dived some dumpsters behind local carpet places...
