And that's an automatic door you have?

Ok so I'm just about to start on my floor but one thing has me stumped - where do you guys end your tiles with respect to the garage doors? Will the door close with the decking under it? Or are you stopping just short so that the door closes on the original concrete? I kind of like the idea...
