Do you think there is still a tool available to remove that top nut?

I acquired this jack sometime ago and it has been working great until lately. Seals now need to be replaced and I don't have a clue as to what brand or model this could be. No labels of any kind left. Only a casting that says Made in the USA. It's quite a heavy duty jack. Probably a 1/3...
