Need Help with Floor Jack ID

I acquired this jack sometime ago and it has been working great until lately.
Seals now need to be replaced and I don't have a clue as to what brand or model this could be.
No labels of any kind left. Only a casting that says Made in the USA.
It's quite a heavy duty jack. Probably a 1/3 heavier than my Snapon jack.

I have used a hammer and punch, but it will deform the nut a little. Otherwise, I have seen pics where someone will make a tool. Either a proper sized socket ground out to fit, or a piece of thick steel cut to fit. Those nuts are extremely tight.
