I just received my BL-5000 a couple days ago. I did the plumbing, pressurized the jack, and filled with ATF.
No go. The ATF doesn't pump through the lines. I removed the fittings into the output of the pump, hit the up button, and no fluid came out. Its almost as if no ATF is flowing...
I think it would be a pretty good starter set.

$1600 for the box.
With a full set of sockets, pliers, both impacts, and other goodies I think it gets to negotiating territory.
With S/O handles, there typically isn't a quick release button. Therefore it can be a pain to remove stubby sockets. Its much easier to remove a deep socket, and the knuckle room is a plus.
Re: what did you do in your garage today?
Got halfway through a water pump replacement on my '82 300D Mercedes. Still waiting on parts to arrive on wednesday.
This is really a great way to do a wall. Gives me fond memories of my Grandparents house in which they had a custom slatted wood ceiling. Gave it such a warm feeling. Keep it up!

Continued stripping the interior of my new to me 1966 200D Mercedes. I’ve got a lot of work ahead of me. Goal for this weekend is to get down to the rusted parts so I can play with muriatic acid :)
