Funnels!

Hi all,
Im basically looking for a funnel which ive used before at a previous garage its not like a usual funnel, it has a measurement on the side and able to be be hung up and also has like a switch/tap , its also slow draining and the neck of the funnel is like ball and socket joints all the way down . Im looking for the name or where i can find one its been bugging me!! Thankyou! :)

That is the old-time motor oil dispenser, used in the days when service stations had the hand-cranked oil pumps. They came after the glass oil bottles. I used them in a summer job in the 60s. They do work perfectly well.

I swear I saw this type of funnel for sale at Walmart for around $8 a month ago. Had measurements on the side, clear plastic, and I remember a segmented end- I found the end first and tried to find the funnel it fit until I did. I should have bought it. Wonder if it's still around.

The old time oil dispenser is what I thought of when I first read his description..
We will have to wait to see if the op comes back and tells us if this is what he wanted.

Found this at Ace Hardware for $7 after reading this thread.



Measured top hopper, valve at the bottom of the funnel for variable flow, and a long clear hose with dust cap to get it into tight places. It was worth buying for me.

I was eye banging that one at O'Reilly's the other day. I like the flex hose for getting into awkward angles.
