Which Milwaukee electric ratchet to get

I bought the non fuel version and brought it back to exchange for a fuel after one day,it did not have the torque to loosen fasteners on brand new vehicles, the fuel ratchet makes up for its bulkier size with its power in my application.

    New snap on ratchet,peeling chrome

I'm curious how this happens too,I wish there was a way to know if the thin layer that is peeling could have been buffed off without further issue but there would be no way of knowing without trying. I don't want to link to the original ad as the seller has agreed to take it back for a refund...

    New snap on ratchet,peeling chrome

It was advertised as new from a tool seller,is a new car not a new car because you buy it from a dealer instead of the factory? Um right up top guy. I meant warranty as in a replacement but I understand what you mean,I am glad the seller has offered a resolution.
