Anyone familiar with a 394 Foley Chain Sharpener? Friend picked one up and had it sitting around, he hasn't used it and dropped it off for me to figure out how to operate it. I haven't ever used a chain sharpener. I can see the "vise" part of it that holds the chain swings side to side to match...
