I'm in need of another jack. Looking at the AC DK20. Its got the min and max lift requirements needed. The biggest benefit is it weighs in at only 68 pounds. I'm looking for Hein Warner, Milwaukee, etc... quality.
For those with AC jacks have you been able to readily find parts?
Second...
2 pair Hein Werner 6 ton
1 pair HF 6 ton.
I stopped using the HF stands after I lowered one corner of a 3/4 ton truck onto them and I watched the pad spread a good 1/4" and the actual metal frame of the stand spread all over the place.
Yeah that desk was a tough find as they go for an insane amount of money. I couldn't believe it when I was looking for one.
I ended up scoring that one for free but I had to move it. It was in an older gentlemen's basement and I had to take it up two flights of stairs to get it out to the...

The story from him goes that the execs decided to pull the USA brand marking...
Yeah the one I used was not a two-part epoxy. If I remember it looked like the one on the right. Its been going strong for awhile now with no lacing or anything whatsoever.
Well hell. I just got my green pick sets in yesterday and used them yesterday and today and now they are all dirty. I should have sold them on ebay and made money....
I just ran the loctite glue on my 9 workshop. Its been going strong for 4 years now. I guess make sure to clean the area with acetone very well.
I glued, then clamped the ends in the vice, and left them there fora day or so.
Yes, the amount of pressure will affect it but at speeds like that bench grinder it won't matter.
The actual edge. The section that reduces itself to infinity until the carbides fall out of their lattice structure is the area that needs to be the hardest. Heat will build up in split seconds...
