Thanks for the help,not sure about its dark green paint whether it's the original or not. Was wondering if the pin that locks the swivel is original and what the diameter of the pin is that holds the swivel down.a 5/16 drill bit is loose and don't have size bit that fits right.

Thanks for the info everyone,I did think the vise was in pretty good shape and when I saw it I thought it was original paint.does anyone know if that is the original color,did they come in different colors from the factory? I will try to post more pics,I don't know why they are upside down.

I pick up a vise today with a workbench I bought today. It's a 384 1/2 A.I can't find any information about the letter A after the model #. Also I was wondering if the piece that the handle slides through is original.thanks for any help.
