Who has the coolest clock in their garage? Not Me! Ideas?

Some of my clocks. I used to collect Pam clocks before they got too expensive. The Halibrand is a blown up original.

Have a question about garage door

I agree. I bought the 10 X 8 doors. The 16' door lets ALL the heat out in a nano-second in January. It does get cold in Quebeck, right? Invest in the best steel insulated doors you can find even if it delays the drywall. There is a big range of quality in doors. You may not say how nice the...

    4 foot wide garage door

I ordered a double door with a removeable astricle(spl?)(divider). 99% of the time it's used as a standard door like in the picture saving the heat in the winter. If I want to roll something big inside it only takes a few seconds to convert it to wide open.

    neat cabnets...

I used to have several most were ignition parts cabinets from gas stations back when cars had points and condensers. I replaced them all. They are nice for decoration but they take up too much wall space for their capacity.

    car lifts outdoors?

A local guy rented a long deserted Studebaker dealership. (way out in the country??) He found a pipe sticking through the wall. A little digging outside and he discovered a lift. He hooked the air up to the pipe and up went the lift. There is no telling how long the lift sat dormant.

What's Wrong With My Compressor Setup?

Why do you need 2 regulators that close together? The compressor has a regulator and 3 feet away you add another? I'd mount that regulator at the end of a run to bring the pressure down to a lower level such as for painting. All the rest of the disconnects get full volume and pressure for high...

    garage floor cleaner... any suggestions?

I friend made a tool for big clean ups in his commercial shop. A 4x8 solid core cinder block laid on it's side with a broom handle attached using appropriate anchors. Once the heavy stuff was cleaned up, another application of the kitty litter was ground up on the floor by sliding the tool...

Can I Leave My Compressor Running

I forgot to turn off my old small belt driven compressor once. It threw the serpintine type belt. The motor probably ran continuously for a week straight before I needed the air and realized something was wrong. (the compressor is upstairs for noise reduction.) With it upstairs, I was less than...
