Except for my Honda mower all of my outdoor equipment is now Milwaukee. Kept the gas stuff around until I was sure I was happy and it is all sold now. I have a 1/4 acre and mow and edge every four days. I get five plus yard days easily out of the batteries. I have a 5.0 on my edger/line trimmer...

I have the Milwaukee line trimmer and edger, also have the gen 1 hedge trimmer, two blowers and the chain saw. These have replace all of my gas powered outdoor equipment. The only gas powered item I have left is the honda mower. You will be pleased with your decision.

Well because of this thread, today while at my local Home Depot today I checked to see what they had the line trimmer marked at. It was on clearance for $159 with only the display left. I asked the manager what he would sell it for. It was the trimmer and a 9.0 battery (no charger or paperwork)...

Thanks for the info. I found an all day beginners class at the local woodcraft. Ordered the book by John Rodgers "Wood Turning", which was a pre req to read before the class.

I have an interest in learning how to turn wood. I could not find much here using the search tab. I am in need of suggestions for a first entry level lathe. Thanks in advance

Just received the Hedge trimmer I bought from CPO as reconditioned with 9.0 battery and rapid charger. Tool looks brand new and boy does it do circles over my previous WORX 20 v.

I have the gen 1, would like one for my rear storage shed as well to replace the older Worx I use out there. I like the full on switch of the gen 1. The hedge trimmer is also going to replace my older Worx hedge trimmer. I found them both on CPO reconditioned. Never bought a second item...
