I have yet to hear anything regarding the GP-7 lift from bendpak. The Bendpak website also has no info on this lift.

I have a Bendpak XPR-10 set in the narrow setting in my residential garage. i lifted sedans,sport utilities and mini vans with this set up. A bit tight to get in and out with the trucks but its doable. i have not yet tried to lift full size pick up.

Go standard.i had the narrow.my mini van hardly fit on it.

No compressed air for the XPR. Locks have a manual release.

I ended up purchasing a Bendpak XPR-10. I could not wait any longer for the release of the GrandPrix7 series of lifts. I believe its still not available to purchase.

drill a small 1/4" wide hole directly on the crack and see if the crack goes right thru or it might be just a surface crack??

Go with the HD-9XW. It gives you the option of parking a truck/suv under it. I had the HD-9ST. its to narrow for suv's/mini vans and pick ups.

I installed mine 5 inches to the nearest anchor. No problems at all.

With the lift pads being flat rubber im sure they will bend the pinch welds. Id like to get some sort of adapter thats sloted to accommodade the lip.

Ill be doing a two post lift install also in my 21ft deep garage soon. How do you like your Direct Lift?? Is the pump motor mounted on the side or front of the post??
