So just updating on this, had heating guy look at the pilot and he thought the flame was too small too. He had a very fine hair file to clean the two or three little holes in the pilot and that is all it took. I had blown it out with air, but there was **** on there from manufacturing. Poor...

Yeah checked all that....if someone knows a fuel valve that will work with this heater that would be great. Does 10 inches wc regulated on a fuel valve , like 10 to 14 in wc automatically mean it's for propane? 3.5 inches wc or around there for natural gas ?

Yeah this is like 1980! Can find all kinds for natural gas valves but not one propane single stage. This is the only propane one I found. Could be a different branded one, but that is hard to cross reference. There are fuel adjustment screws but this is probably more to changing it to...

She is old but waaas working great. The fuel valve is a sx242esb. Looks just like the one pictured and labeled but no step to mine. Could this one pictured still work ...just don't wire the 1st stage. I only need the 10 .w.c. My old one has the correct pressures and a whole new pilot flame...

That other wire on number 4 goes back to the motor. No data plate and no part number. It's blue and someone said it looked like a balder but don't know for sure. Originally used as a silo unloader for silage. There is a nice aluminum plate on the top reminding you to grease the bearings...

Can't read the numbers on the wires but he said the motor wires are correct for starter windings.

So I have this older neighbor that blew two capacitors on this old motor. One starter capacitor, number 1 and one running capcitor, number 3 on the sheet. The running capacitor blew the whole top open and the start capacitor blew at the relief hole. Does the wiring look correct? The motor...

Current one is brand new and no blockage

No drafts...that flame in the picture is outside the furnace with no draft affecting it ... and its still small. The flame sensor assembly is all one like in the previous pic, so there is no moving anything without bending. The pilot is the correct size and for propane. Double checked all...

So the flame is barely getting to the rod. Here is a pic outside the furnace in its position. Too far from the flame rod, but the pilot should be bigger. I have 9 inches wc in the pilot circuit. It's regulated to 10. Nothing wrong with bending the flame rod closer to the flame? At cold...

My furnace quit working again. All my pressures are correct and everything thing is new with the pilot circuit. My pilot flame just isn't large enough. When it's cold starting the flame sensor doesn't heat up fast enough and times out at 30 seconds. If the flame sensor is still warm it fires...

Except for how that pilot adjustment port works to control the flame. Shouldn't have remove the inner adjusting screw to make it work.
