That's what I've been told.

The c frame with 150lbs on the screw put out about 6000 pounds of force. 50lbs on the Matco screw put out over 7000 pounds. It's a nice piece. A little getting use to.

Turns out my good friend had a tile saw. It worked great with lots of water.

Would a wet tile saw with a diamond blade cut glass subway tile? It's about 3/16 thick. Scoring and nipping did not work nor did a diamond blade on my 4 inch grinder. Just busted the tile.

Not sure what you mean by they flake off.? Its a clear I have. Might try the poly or the Kilz.

Anyone ever use Drylok on a wood floor? Trying to seal off a wood floor from pet pee. Pig to be exact. We tried the great pet formula ,soap, baking powder and vinegar. We shellacked it the smell lessened. It's a lot better just not gone. I'm going to try Drylok clear over the shellac. Maybe??

My contractor swears by this one.

It is attached to plywood. And the wiring could have been cleaned up more. But I am happy with it. No permits here to pull.

Second quote in. $1000 dollars for just the breaker box and new in coming wires. Well known and recommended electrician. I said put me on the schedule.
