I have this vintage jack that I was trying to identify. It's similar to all the images I find with the rectangular lift pad and the light. Where it seems to differ is instead of the embossed lines on the side, it has "Blackhawk " embossed. Any ideas? Thanks

That's what I thought at first but all the pictures I find of the S4 have the lines on the side. I have not found a picture with Blackhawk embossed instead of the lines like mine. The handles on mine are also tapered and not straight like others I see.
