    This is a no-brainer, go for the larger space. I would LOVE to get a space that size. Brimg whatever power you need, the space is practically free.

    Very nice transformation. Looks like a nice setting as well. You may consider using steel panels, might be cheaper than drywall these days.

    I concur, I work for a construction co on occasion and we use a hammer to separate them, works great.
