Hammer ID Time...OR, Maybe Clamp ID Time?? Please help me ID this anomaly.

I picked this up yard saling last weekend, and have no idea what it was intended for? Has a hammer look, but also splits at the top via wing nuts and studs. Pretty weird. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I got this with a bunch of other tools at a sale last weekend. I have no clue what it is? I thought it was possibly a flag pole holder? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    15th annual GJ Secret Santa!

Sorry for the late post. Got a nice deadblow hammer from Stroudy. It will be put to good use. I have a 1984 Toyota Landcruiser FJ60 in need of a 2 5" lift which has been sitting in my basement for over a year. Thanks for the generous gift!!

    15th annual GJ Secret Santa!

Mine was sent out on Tuesday. Praying it gets there by tomorrow or Sat. I got mine yesterday. I'm 99.99% sure my recipient had me as well going by the namer and location on the package.

Shipping mine out tomorrow. Been a busy *** week, but I just packaged it up and I'm gonna send it out tomorrow after work. Victim is on the same coast as me, so I'm hoping it arrives by the end of the week.

Are these firemen prying type tools?

That's what I figured. I have a few buddies in local fire departments but they weren't sure exactly what it was.

Are these firemen prying type tools?

I got these last week in a lot of other tools. Does anyone know exactly what type of tools they are? The spanner style tool on the top is marked "allen" with the # 5 on one side and New York and Chicago on the other. Is it some sort of hydrant or water key? Any info would be much obliged.
