Envy, no. The short sale has already gone through and we are closing on Feb 28th. I am putting a contingent deposit with the builder that is refundable if something happens and we don't close.
All looks good with the short sale - should be closing the end of February -
Meeting with the building (ESH Quality Structures) and excavator over the weekend to give them my deposit on the 60 x 48 shop that should be starting around the first week of March.
The builder quoted 4 in thick 4000...
Thanks for the advice. We aren't in a hurry but patience is not one of my strong suits. Lol. Our realtor told us that it could take anywhere between a week to four months. How's that for a tight window?

I like the idea of a loft for storage. Can that be added afterwards or does it have to be done when the building is constructed? Mine will be mainly used for storage for the motorhome, trailer, dragster, motorcycle and F250.
Thanks guys. I did a search for 48x48 and didn't find anything in the gallery section. Maybe it's an odd size? I want to go 48 deep to part my motorhome in one bay and trailer in the other. Both are about 36' overall length.
If all goes well it should start around March 1 the day we close on our house. A company named ESH Quality Structures will most likely be doing the work.
